Terms

Check-in: 3:00pm, Check-out: 10:00am
50% deposit with reservation.
Cancel up to 45 days prior to stay full refund applicable.
Cancel up to 21 days prior to stay for credit for a future visit (less a $100 administration charge).
No refund for leaving early.
Payment can be made by either, Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Policies

No smoking in rental unit.
No pets in rental units.
Person making reservations must be 25 Years of age or over.If the person is under 25 Years of age the reservation will not be honoured when they arrive and all fees will be forfeited.
