Duck Hunting Package

The hunting package includes three nights and two days. Experience the wetlands of Long Point Bay with one of our seasoned guides. Your hunt includes everything you need to enjoy a true waterfowl hunting experience. We've got all the decoys you could ever need, along with the best camouflaged boats and blinds on the bay. All you need is your rain coat, gun and migratory bird license, we have the rest.

There are 2 scheduled hunts per week. Choose from either the early week hunt; arriving Sunday night and hunting Monday and Tuesday. Check out Wednesday morning. The late week hunt is arriving Thursday and hunting on Friday and Saturday. Check out is Sunday morning.

Your adventure starts the minute you arrive. We start with a short orientation of the property and then let you settle in to your cottage. You will have time to prepare your supper and then come over to the main camp for details for the following morning. After a good nights rest we all meet at the docks, and load into the boats. From there its down the bay to our decided hunting locations. You can shoot till your hearts content or you fill your limit (whatever comes first). At noon we are back at the cottages for a warm meal and rest if desired. By 2:30 we're back on the water and looking forward to a great evening shoot. At dark it's time to head home and back to your cottage where a meal has been prepared for you. After dinner come over to the main cottage where the days stories are shared. Your second day is a well expected repeat of the first day ending with a feast of ducks from your first days hunt.

Your package includes; two full days hunting, one client - one guide per boat, lunches the days you're hunting (2), supper provided in your cottage the first day of hunting and a roast duck supper in the main cottage after your second days hunt. Your package will include the cleaning and bagging or your ducks (up to your limit of 12 ducks).

Rates: $1795.00 per person (2 - 3 shooters per cottage) For hunters that prefer to travel and hunt alone we can certainly accommodate you for an additional $500 sur-charge.

You will be responsible for your first nights supper, snacks, breakfasts and beverages. Taxes and gratuities are extra. Full Payment must be received 21 days before charter.

Do you have your own boat and duck hunting equipment? Then atPlay Adventures is the perfect base camp for your next hunting trip. We offer comfortable, totally renovated cottages with all the bells and whistles including a 32" plasma TV with satellite for up to the minute weather. We have our own docks and boat launch, putting you in the head of the inner bay for early and easy access to your desired spot for the day. You can choose to hunt the marshes or run down the bay for the big diver ducks. Feel free to bring your dog. We do not allow the dogs in the cottages but we make sure they get a good nights rest supplying insulated kennels beside your cottage for only $10.00 per day. There is a duck cleaning service only few minutes drive from our property.
